Shipping Policy

At Tech Souq, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Sharm El-Sheikh and other areas across South Sinai.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Sharm El-Sheikh (local): 1-2 business days.
• Other areas in South Sinai: 2-4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Fees

• Orders within Sharm El-Sheikh: 100 EGP.
• Orders outside Sharm El-Sheikh: Shipping fee is based on location.
• Free shipping: Orders over 10,000 EGP.

5. Order Tracking

You can check the current Tech Souq order status on our Order Tracking page using your order number and the mobile number used at checkout. If courier-specific tracking details are available, they may also be shared by WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or pickup option.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item or items at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If paying by Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

9. Delays

While we work to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, courier issues, or other operational disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated where possible.
