Product Sourcing

Products may be sourced through different suppliers and distribution channels depending on brand, availability and product type. This does not mean Tech Souq is an authorised distributor for every brand shown on the site.

New and Pre-Owned Products

Product condition is shown on the relevant product listing. A product identified as pre-owned is not presented as brand new. Packaging, accessories and cosmetic condition may vary for pre-owned items and should be reviewed in the product description before ordering.

Serial Numbers and Security Seals

Where applicable, manufacturer serial numbers, labels and security seals should remain intact. Removing or altering these identifiers may affect return or warranty eligibility.
