• Order confirmation may be sent by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported where applicable. All payments must be completed before or upon delivery, as applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by the product manufacturer.
